A first-year student at Gekkoukan, Itsuka is friendly, outgoing, and prone to going out of her way to help people out--sometimes a little unreasonably far out of her way.  Despite being so nice, she doesn't actually have very many friends.  She's prone to mood swings, and to just generally being frustrated, but she makes a big effort not to impose her troubles on other people.  Quite the opposite--she's really good at figuring out what someone wants, and trying to help them out, even before they ask.  And she almost always says that it's no trouble, she doesn't mind.  She's just happy to be helpful.

*[[Shinjiro Aragaki]]: AKA ~*senpai!*~.  Presumably a third-year at Gekkoukan High, and a leader of SEES.  She met him once coming back from a mission, and he taught her to find her own reason to fight.  Ever since, she's been his most devoted kohai, a quality that's started to get some notice around the dorm.  She wants to be more like him.  After a foray into the television to save him, their relationship is somewhat strained, as Itsuka is starting to question a few very important things.  Her devotion hasn't wavered, though.  If anything, it's increased since she confessed some of her feelings.  She's really missed him.

|Well-known (if not necessarily always well-liked) at her school, Itsuka Mizuhara is a third-year student at Gekkoukan High, having attended Gekkoukan since way back in her first year of middle school. Maybe that long-term status is part of why the rumors go that when you're looking for the stories of what's going on and who's doing what, she's the girl to look up. Of course, there are a few going around about her, too, but it doesn't seem to get her down; she has pretty good grades, and is helpful enough (and cheerful enough), but they say that when she gets angry, it's pretty scary. Of course, they also say that it's hard to tell whether something will set her off in the first place, since otherwise she's blase about so many things. Despite this, and the fact that some of her other habits--as a motorcyle enthusiast, for one--tend to put a few people off who might otherwise be more friends than just acquaintances, she seems to do all right for herself, her reputation balancing out as a middle point between any unsavory rumors and the fact that she's known to be involved in volunteer work like an Apathy Syndrome Outreach program, along with the fact that at least that means she makes for something to talk about. If it's also true that she's not always quite so bold as the face she puts forward, well, it's not as if everybody needs to know that.

*[[Ran Itoh]]: A graduate of Gekkoukan High, and fellow member of SEES.  Another of Itsuka's senpais, she met Ran while heading downstairs to handle an unfortunate guitar string-induced injury, and has looked up to her ever since.  She's drawn to Ran as a 'big sister' figure, and after her rescue from the television--and Shinjiro's--her admiration and fondness for Ran has only increased.

She's less worried about the dates now, but she really looks up to him--and thinks that there's more to him than he lets on.  She still wants to know what.  He seems to make a habit of saving her, and Itsuka is very nervous about showing him her grades.

Also one of the first people Itsuka met in SEES.  Itsuka has been getting to know her better, and after a long, hard sequence of events in Mikage-cho, Itsuka finally confessed her hidden troubles to her teammate.  Hinata is one of the most important people to Itsuka right now, and is one of her best sources of strength.  An honorary member of the Eclipse Squad.

*[[Shiki Ichimonji]]: A fellow first-year at Gekkoukan High, and member of SEES.  Itsuka's best friend and boyfriend, as well as co-leader of the Eclipse Squad.  They originally met during a study session hosted by Akatsuki, and Shiki's stealthy observations of her later at Chagall Cafe kicked off what would become a great friendship--and later, something a little more.  She calls him Shikkun, and not only does he not complain about it, he ended up asking her out the week after the typhoon and the worst weekend ever.  She really, really likes him--and she's also extremely protective of him, though he's gotten his fair share of hero time by now, too.  She's started actually opening up to him, and would be really upset to lose him.  <b>Really</b> upset.  But, she did lose him for a while, in Mikage-cho, and she's been really, really worried, to the point of some very reckless actions.
