Chisaki Tohsaki is a third year student at Gekkoukan High, who joined the Special Extracurricular Extermination Squad. She found her calling in firing homemade ammunition into the creatures of darkness, and hasn't looked back since. Her time in SEES, not to mention the friends she made there, has made her relax and open up a lot more. It has also brought out an overzealous and headstrong streak that she had previously hidden from others. She still goes out at night, but not alone nearly as often, carrying an arsenal of homemade weaponry, a trusty baseball bat, and her Evoker.

• Chisaki is mechanically proficient and good at math; she built her own crossbow and changed the design slightly.
• Her name can mean "Fast Thousand," which she thinks is hilarious.

• Chisaki is a fan of the Tokyo Giants, and regards their games like most people regard the Battle of Waterloo: major historic events.

Chisaki has a weak Resonance, as do most individuals who use an Evoker. It conveys a feeling of strength but foolhardiness, however; it is strongly attached to emotions of aggression, bravery, and just a little bit of pride. It does not seem as if Beowulf is dormant, however, but he seems to be unruly.

• O - THE FOOL
  • Tohru Adachi: Chisaki has met the Inaba detective several times, including during the repeating day caused by the timestream being tampered with. They had a questionable encounter, thanks to her deciding to break the law while her consequences did not matter and him remembering it quite clearly.
  • Minako Arisato: A fellow SEES member. Chisaki and Minako have not interacted a great deal, but they have gotten along well when out on missions and out at parties together.

• II - THE HIGH PRIESTESS

• III - THE EMPRESS
  • Mitsuru Kirijo: The leader of SEES. Chisaki has not talked to her a great deal, but as one of her senpai in her earlier years at Gekkoukan High, she has a good deal of respect for her.

• IV - THE EMPEROR
  • Akatsuki Enda: Akatsuki was another of Chisaki's senpai during her earlier years at Gekkoukan High. She was on the track club with him, and had a crush on him from early on. However, a few chance encounters, a dangerous situation involving his kidnapping, and spending time together made him a good friend to her. If she had to describe what she thinks of him, it would be, "It's complicated." She also gave him a terrible stuffed bear that was designed in the image of a maneater.

• V - THE HIEROPHANT
  • Shinjiro Aragaki: Shinjiro is probably Chisaki's favorite senpai and mentor figure. She empathizes with him quite a bit, thanks to similar outlooks on life (from trying to act tough to loving weaponry to deeper issues with controlling their Personas). However, she has a hero worship complex with him, and does not quite understand many of the difficult issues that Shinjiro has been through.

• VII - THE CHARIOT
  • Aigis: One of Chisaki's good friends. She likes the combat robot quite a bit, even if she sometimes struggles with the fact she is a robot. Aigis looked out for her, and helped her open up to others.

  • Eikichi Mishina: They met once, but Chisaki remembers Michelle-sama quite clearly and only somewhat badly! She thinks he is insane, but really, he made quite an impression.

• XV - THE DEVIL
  • Gozaburou Gessou: Zabu, as Chisaki calls him, was Chisaki's ex-boyfriend from when they lived in Sumaru. They had a particularly bad breakup right before she moved away, the circumstances of which are not public knowledge. She does not particularly like Zabu, but the entire thing is complicated.

  • Hinata Itoh: Hinata is one of Chisaki's classmates and a friend of hers. They get along well, with Hinata being the more reasonable of the two (by far).

  • Kaede Ikeda: Chisaki encountered Kaede as a Shadow; in fact, she took some time to realize the quiet girl was actually the same Shadow that she fought. She gained her Persona for the first time while fighting Kaede's Shadow form.
