Profile: Tatsuzou Sudou is a man whose life has been one disappointment after another. The nation of Japan has, in his eyes, slid backwards on the world stage from its rightful place. The people of Japan have become weak and complacent. The ideals of his nation have changed and he cannot abide by it. He claims to be taking his marching orders from the enraged spirit of a samurai known as Gozen, and encourages others to listen to his commands as well to cultivate an almost cult-like atmosphere.
