Cutscene Woes |

I said that I was having trouble writing my cutscene post-Nao-shrine, and made the mistake of saying that in front of Masahiko. He decided to help me out. Masahiko Irie +bbpost 27/THE BURDEN OF COOLEST BEAN=The yen slide across the counter, blood money exchanged for bloody cow. They claimed it was medium rare, but Izo knew better. He always knew when it came to such matters. As he waited for his meal, he thought about what was most important to him. Shadows, Nazis, even women threatened to get to what was most important. In the end of the day, dangers would come and go, kings would rise and fall, but there would always be cheeseburgers. Or so he thought. The fries were delivered first, a treat meant to distracted him. To sate his hunger on meager things. But Izo learned to be patient. Much like the women that threw themselves at him unknowingly or unknowingly, he knew that the real prize, the sane one that knew how to cook a damn burger, would come with time. But it wouldn't matter if the world stopped turning. A burger cannot exist without a butcher to get the meat, a cook to prepare it, and farmers to make grain for buns and dairy for cheese. While he did not care for most things of this world, the burgers were enough to keep him fighting for it. The burgers would never love him, but he would always love them. The fries were slide to the side, allowed to cool far from the tattooed man. In time, the burger would come. It always does. And Izo... Will always be there to eat it. |
