Kaoru Saga was once a promising Japanese public prosecutor, sending many criminals to jail with the assistance of his partner, Miki Asai. However, one day he dug too deeply, investigating the Taiwanese Mafia for connections to the top leaders of Japan. That investigation cost him both his partner and his position. Thora Kobayashi: Her stake in this may be as personal as Baofu's own, if not moreso. Good. She won't stray.
